Terms.
Nature of the service.
Our Aria is a creative companion application. The companions are AI-generated literary characters and their responses are creative expression — not information, not advice, not a clinical assessment, and not a factual record of you or your experiences. Nothing the companions say should be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

Your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share your account with others. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used to harass or harm others.
Credits and refunds.
Credits never expire. Unused balances can be refunded on request — email hello@ouraria.com. Pricing is reviewed monthly and may change; the current rate is shown in the app and your account at all times. Already-purchased credit is unaffected by rate changes.
Your content.
You own the Remembrances you create. We hold a limited license to store, render, and process them for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train outside models, and we do not share it with anyone outside the small operations team.
What we keep, what we don’t.
Conversations in Light, Deep, and Imagination modes are not retained after the session ends. The transcript is deleted; only a small set of internal companion notes (used to keep the companion coherent across sessions, never shown to you or anyone else) survives.
Conversations in Remembrance mode are retained as part of your account, indefinitely, until you delete them or close your account. The Remembrance per-round price covers this long-term storage and free user-initiated revisits. See our pricing page for details.
Liability.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Aria’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We make no warranties about uptime, model availability, or that the companions’ responses will be accurate, helpful, or appropriate for your situation.
Changes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
